How it works

From formulation to a finished product.

The peptide solution is formulated, pre-mixed and stabilized, then filled into cartridges — by hand by trained laboratory staff, or on automated filling and deaeration systems. Each cartridge is closed with a stopper and deaerated; for pen + cartridge products, the filled cartridge is then assembled into the pen.

    Sterile cartridge unpacking

    Empty cartridges are unpacked in the laboratory, ready for filling.

  2. 02

    Filling preparation

    Cartridges and the formulated peptide solution are prepared for filling.

  3. 03

    Cartridge filling

    The solution is filled into the cartridges — by hand by laboratory staff, or automatically on a filling system.

  4. 04

    Stopper placement

    Each filled cartridge is closed with a stopper.

  5. 05

    Cartridge deaeration

    Air is removed from the filled cartridges — on the automated systems, by the same machine that fills them.

  6. 06

    Pen assembly

    For pen + cartridge products, the cartridge is assembled into the pen.

  7. 07

    Labelling and packaging

    Cartridges are labelled and packed — cartridge only or pen + cartridge — under your brand or as White Label.

    Hand Filling

    Cartridges filled by hand by trained laboratory staff — a flexible route for custom formulations and smaller production runs.

    Cartridges are prepared, filled by hand under controlled laboratory conditions, closed with a stopper and deaerated. Manual filling makes it straightforward to change formulation, concentration or volume between runs.

    Automated Machine Filling

    Machine filling for larger, repeatable cartridge runs, with the same formulation filled consistently across a batch.

    Automated filling and deaeration systems fill the solution into cartridges and remove the air from them — on a single-cartridge system or on a larger multi-cartridge system. Automation suits recurring products and higher volumes where run-to-run consistency matters.
