Lyophilized Vials

Vials

Peptides filled into vials and freeze-dried into a dry powder — a stable format for storage and shipping.

How it works

From formulation to a finished product.

The peptide solution is filled into glass vials by hand, the vials are stoppered and freeze-dried (lyophilized) — water is removed under low temperature and vacuum, leaving a dry cake. Vials are then capped, labelled and packed.

  1. 01

    Autoclaving

Equipment and components are autoclaved before use.

  2. 02

    Manual filling

The peptide solution is filled into the vials by hand.

  3. 03

    Sterile stopper preparation

Stoppers are prepared for the filled vials.

  4. 04

    Stopper placement

A stopper is placed on each filled vial.

  5. 05

    Lyophilizer loading

Vials are loaded into the lyophilizer, where water is removed under low temperature and vacuum.

  6. 06

    Lyophilizer unloading

After freeze-drying, the vials are unloaded with a dry cake in each.

  7. 07

    Vial capping

Each vial is sealed with a cap, ready for labelling and packing.
