    Pre-Filled Cartridges

    Hand Filling

    Cartridges filled by hand by trained laboratory staff — a flexible route for custom formulations and smaller production runs.

    Technology

    Cartridges are prepared, filled by hand under controlled laboratory conditions, closed with a stopper and deaerated. For pen + cartridge products, the filled cartridge is then assembled into the pen. Manual filling makes it straightforward to change formulation, concentration or volume between runs.

  2. 02 / 05

    Pre-Filled Cartridges

    Automated Machine Filling

    Machine filling for larger, repeatable cartridge runs, with the same formulation filled consistently across a batch.

    Technology

    Automated filling and deaeration systems fill the formulated peptide solution into cartridges and remove the air from them — on a single-cartridge system or on a larger multi-cartridge system. Automation suits recurring products and higher volumes where run-to-run consistency matters.

    Vials

    Lyophilized Vials

    Peptides filled into vials and freeze-dried into a dry powder — a stable format for storage and shipping.

    Technology

    The peptide solution is filled into glass vials by hand, the vials are stoppered and freeze-dried (lyophilized) — water is removed under low temperature and vacuum, leaving a dry cake. Vials are then capped, labelled and packed.

  4. 04 / 05

    Dual-Chamber Cartridges

    Dual-Chamber Cartridges

    Two-chamber cartridges that keep a lyophilized peptide and bacteriostatic water separate until they are mixed.

    Technology

    A center stopper divides the cartridge into two chambers. The peptide solution is filled into one chamber and freeze-dried in the lyophilizer; after capping, the second chamber is filled with bacteriostatic water. The peptide stays dry until the two chambers are mixed.

    Nasal Sprays

    Nasal Sprays

    Peptide solutions filled into spray bottles fitted with a spray pump, produced alongside our cartridge and vial formats.

    Technology

    The peptide solution is prepared, filled into spray bottles and each bottle is fitted with a nasal spray pump, then labelled and packed.
